As a military family, we’re all too familiar with Murphy’s Law—and sure enough, just days after my spouse left, my car suddenly stopped going into reverse. From the very first phone call, I felt like my car was in good hands. After a thorough diagnosis, it turned out I needed a new transmission. We weighed our options and decided to move forward with the replacement. The shop had my car completed within a week, and when I picked it up, the interior was just as clean as I left it. Throughout the entire process, I felt like my concerns were truly heard and addressed. I appreciated the communication and professionalism. Now I’m just waiting on the 10-day/150–200 mile check-up to make sure everything is running smoothly, but so far I feel confident in the work that was done.
